My Inspiration...

A wife, mother of 5 and a business owner...just like my MOM! I lost all motivation when I lost her in 2017. About two months later it hit me….the words of her telling me how proud she was of me. She was proud of me! Proud that I started my own business, proud of my accomplishments, proud in the direction I was going. So with that, I can’t let her down. I know she’s still with me, watching over me, and smiling. So mom, I will continue to make you proud. I will bake to my hearts desire with you by my side in spirit.

The Beginning...

Kake & Kettle is a home-based bakery that was started with the idea of creating desserts by going back to their roots…back to when great-grandma was in the kitchen making her delicious yellow cake with chocolate frosting. Back to before baked goods were prepackaged and stayed on the shelves for way too long! At Kake & Kettle we believe in baking from fresh, made to order baked good from scratch and using ingredients from your own kitchen…maybe even your own backyard! Kake & Kettle will go above and beyond to make amazingly tasty desserts one teaspoon or measuring cup at a time!
